BloxStrike Aim Guide: How to Get Better Aim

Improving your aim in BloxStrike comes down to a few core areas: crosshair placement, movement, and knowing when to spray versus when to tap or burst. Many players focus only on raw reaction time, but the biggest difference between random players and stronger players is often crosshair placement. Keeping your crosshair where an enemy head is likely to appear reduces the distance you need to flick and makes every duel more consistent.

Crosshair Placement

Try to keep your crosshair at head level and close to the next angle an enemy might step out from. When you move through the map, actively clear the most common positions: palace, stairs, CT angles, triple, and other high-traffic spots. Every time you die, note where the opponent was holding; use that to pre-aim the same spot next round. Good crosshair placement is like pre-solving part of the duel before it starts.

Shoulder Peek and Movement

Before fully committing to an angle, use a shoulder peek: expose only enough of your model to bait a shot or confirm if an enemy is there, then pull back. That way you expose the minimum amount of your hitbox while gaining information. Movement and listening for footsteps also matter. Crouch-walking and paying attention to sound can give you a stability and awareness advantage that many beginners ignore. Crouching while shooting improves stability and is a habit worth building.

Tap vs Spray

At long range, never rely on spray. Use tap or short bursts instead. Spray is for close-quarters fights where you need to dump the mag quickly. At medium and long range, tap or burst and reset; this keeps your accuracy high and avoids wasting bullets. Learning when to tap versus when to spray is one of the fastest ways to improve your effectiveness in BloxStrike.

Pattern Recognition

After each death, remember the exact position the enemy was in. Use that to pre-aim or pre-fire the next time you push or hold that angle. Tactical shooters reward memory and pattern recognition. If you keep your crosshair in smarter positions and clear angles deliberately instead of rushing, your aim will feel more consistent and you will win more duels.
